Student for a Day will be held throughout April on GTCC’s Jamestown, Greensboro and High Point campuses. The event provides an opportunity for students and their families to get to know GTCC’s campuses, community and academic programs. Each event will begin with a check-in and welcome session, followed by an array of activities. Prospective students will have the opportunity to:

  • Tour campus
  • Speak with faculty and staff about their program of interest
  • Explore Student Life opportunities such as athletics and student clubs
  • Learn more about support services GTCC offers, including tutoring, career counseling and financial aid
  • Attend a student panel discussion comprised of current GTCC students discussing what to expect during the first year of college.
